NAVICA® Data Integration

SEI/NAVICA® is always looking for new partners that can bring value to our customers by providing integrated services within NAVICA® MLS solutions. These integrations can take on the form of SSO (Single Sign On) to make it easier to move between solutions such as lock-box systems, showing services, etc... They can also take the form of per listing integrations.

NDI Features:

  • Property Panorama – Provides a free virtual tour for EVERY listing in NAVICA®. They also offer a wide variety of services to help MLS users to market their listings at a steeply discounted price.
  • My Flood Status – Provides a link from every property listing to discounted, fully insured and guaranteed, flood zone related services.
  • dotloop® – For those areas that are served by dotloop® SEI/NAVICA® provides a SSO solution that allows members to ‘Start-a-Loop’ from any listing in NAVICA® and even provides auto-population of data from NAVICA® to the dotloop® forms.
  • zipLogix ™ – If your area uses zipLogix ™ for forms we offer per listing SSO integration that also allow for auto-population of the listing data into the zipLogix ™ forms
  • Courthouse Retrieval Systems (CRS) – If your MLS uses CRS for its tax data, SEI/NAVICA® provides a SSO and can even provide auto-population of CRS data in to the NAVICA® listing input form.

Data Feeds

SEI offers both RETS and WebAPI servers for data transfer. For more information on either of these, visit www.reso.org.

RETS has been used for many years in the real estate industry to retrieve MLS data for use on websites and other 3rd party applications. The RESO WebAPI is the modern way to transfer data in the real estate industry. Both RETS and WebAPI servers meet compliance requirements of the RESO standards, including RESO Data Dictionary for server content. To utilize either of these services, an agreement will be needed that includes the Board/Association/MLS, the participating office, the 3rd party and SEI. Monthly fees are applicable.
